SOUTH TEXAS JUNIOR COLLEGE – UVALDE

  • Vernon Dunagin owned and operated Ledger Construction from 1981 to 1985. In 1981- 82, he successfully contracted for and installed the 150,000 sf coal tar pitch roof replacement for 11 buildings at the campus.

SOUTH TEXAS COMMUNITY COLLEGE MID-VALLEY CAMPUS – WESLACO

  • Roof covering and structural evaluation for Nursing Allied Health Building TEXAS TECH UNIVERSITY – LUBBOCK
  • Failed Tile Roof Evaluation for United Spirit Arena (in collaboration with Engineering Diagnostics of Austin, Texas)

TEXAS STATE UNIVERSITY – SAN MARCOS

  • 1994 to 1996: Building envelope and roof replacement for 50 buildings
  • A comprehensive list will be provided upon request.
  • Work included waterproofing of the building envelope; plaza deck waterproofing, built-up, single ply and copper roof replacements.
  • Building types included multi-story (12 stories); auditoriums and gymnasiums; natatorium; stadium; classroom; and others.
